Dr Ashim Choudhury has been practicing as a registered Oral and Dental surgeon for a decade. He graduated with honours from Regional Dental College, Guwahati in 2010 for his BDS degree. He was awarded the Certificate from Pierre Fauchard Academy for his excellence in learning as well as being a topper throughout his BDS curriculum.

He has also done One Year NonPG residentship in Endodontics at Regional Dental College where he worked with experienced Endodontists prior to starting his own practice at Rehabari in 2011. He has also done courses in Fixed Orthodontics as well as Implantology. He likes attending meetings, conferences, Webinars and trainings all around the country to gather knowledge and experience so as to keep up the standards in his service to the people of Guwahati. He can speak English, Hindi, Assamese and Bengali fluently.

Dr Choudhary subscribes to the dictum that extractions of permanent teeth should be the last resort in dentistry and believes in early intervention.His treatment method has created so many beautiful full smiles over the past 10 years.
Dr Choudhary has always believed in putting the interests of the patient first. His goal is to achieve the best realistic outcomes while at the same time addressing patients’ concerns. Interdisciplinary cases are of great interest to him and he always enjoys participating in planning meetings between dentist and / or specialist to achieve the optimum result for the patient in each case.
In 2020 ,during the countrywide lockdown,Dr Chowdhary fruitfully utilised the time to complete his training on tobacco cessation service under Indian Dental Association as well as WHO.And hence forth added the Tobacco Cessation Center to his clinic. The Centre help you give up smoking, we use individual intervention in the form of behavioural counselling, medication, and nicotine replacement therapy to gradually reduces nicotine intake and helps people get rid of the dependence on it.
Outside of work, Dr Choudhary like writing poems ,drawing pencil art,getting into online cou travelling, reading, listening to music, spending time rses to acquire knowledge, and he does love experimenting with cooking.He also loves voluntary service to the society and has a vision to .
